JUST BECAUSE

These pictures are from the other day, while we were waiting for Michael to get home from school. The girls decided to play with blocks. Well, Rena decided to play with blocks. Rian just wanted to chew on them.

Our schedule has changed dramatically since school has started. Where once upon a time the kids would go to bed around 9/9:30pm--it is now 7pmish. Where they once slept till 8:30/9am (or later!) they're now up between 5am and 8am...Rian at 5am, though she does go back to sleep for a couple of hours, Michael is up at 6:40am to get ready for school--bus comes at 7:30am, and Carina is up around 7:30/8am. We're limited in the morning too with what we can do--cause the bus drops Michael home at 11:30ish. Lunch. Naps. And the afternoon is nearly over. It is nice that I get a little more time in the evening to "myself"--but by that time, we're pretty much pooped. It has been quite an adjustment.

Michael is loving school, by the way. And doing extremely well.

Anyway, thought I would share.
