She never cries.
I called her a couple of times and she did not come. So I went looking. She was stuck up in a tree. Pretty high up. Mike heard her when he left in the morning, but thought nothing of it. So, in all likelihood, the poor cat was stuck in the tree ALL day.
Ladder #1
It didn't even come close!
Mike called our neighbor to see if we could borrow his ladder. 
Ladder #2.
Still not long enough by a good 8 feet or so.
So, we had to call in the big guns. And the truck wouldn't start for probably 15-20 mins.
They finally got it going and drove it into our driveway.
Up he goes...
Poor kitty was so scared she didn't even move.
Safe n sound. 
What an ordeal!! I hope she never does that again.
