COMPETITION

 

Bean and her team competed a couple of weeks ago at the SOAR competition.

We had basketball games, but the boys and I were able to make it in time to watch their dance and the awards ceremony following.  They won 1st place, Ruby in small group senior tap.

They danced to the song "Weapon of Choice."  Bean also had a short solo at the end of the piece.

The studio has some fantastic pictures that I shared on facebook, but I will ask before posting on here.

If you've never been to a dance competition before--its no joke!  It is an all day (or weekend) event with hundreds of dancers, costume changes etc.
