This past weekend, the two oldest attended their first homeschool prom/masquerade.
These pictures are pretty much in reverse order, by the way. It was a beautiful day and they looked great! We ordered flowers for each of them as this was not necessarily a "bring a date" type event. There was a good sized group from the co-ops we attend and then plus! It was open to homeschool students age 14 and up in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

due to unavoidable scheduling, it was pretty rushy getting ready and such-but they made it!
I actually wore this dress to my junior prom in high school..
glad to see it put to use again. The whole reason I kept it and other prom/bridesmaid dresses!!
They had a good time and are looking forward to next year!!
We should have one more attendee next year as well!
