IT WAS A-MAZING!

We finally got the corn maze.  It only took 5 years!
October was a strange one, in terms of weather.
It was a really warm day.

My corny little ones.

As you can see, it is a pretty large maze.
The parking area is off on the left side by the buildings.
The kids were tired when we finally got out.

Platform at the center.

View from the platform.

We made it!!

Enjoying some apples and a rest at the end.

Homemade ice cream?
Sure!

Travis loves ice cream.

SUNNY DAYS IN OCTOBER

This past October, Mike and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary.
This is how the kids and I spent our day..apple and pumpkin picking with friends while enjoying God's creation and the warm sunshine.
Mike tried to meet us, but it didn't work out, and instead met us for food and fellowship with friends later on.

Isaiah amidst the pumpkins.

There was a small petting zoo for us to enjoy too.

Hannah was the youngest of our crew.
She stayed calm and cool throughout.

The cutest little bunnies you ever did see!

Off to the trees!

Silas is back to the wagon with his first full bag

Judah displaying his pick..of course, that is after his Daddy approved of the type of apple!!  ;)

Hmm..how many kids can we fit in that wagon?

Quite a few, it turns out!

Friends.

Travis and his apples!

Family photo.

Just the right sized pumpkin

We stopped for some pictures.
No one realized until afterwards that the tree was full of poison ivy!!
Thankfully, I don't think anyone got it.
At least not at our house.

Asher enjoying an apple.

An attempt at getting all the kiddos!

I guess with 12 kids, aged 7 months to 5 years, thats the best we can hope for!
