VISIT WITH MOUSE

Saturday afternoon, I took the kids to the bookstore to go see Pooh. However, Pooh was sick for the day and instead we got to see the mouse from "If You Take A Mouse To School" and so forth. Michael would not go anywhere near the character...Rena was much braver...and Rian didn't have a choice. :)

THE ROAD HOME

Our road, while in a sense quite dangerous--I don't feel comfortable walking on it with a stroller--is also quite pretty.

It goes from being divided into "two" lanes--if you can call it that....

It is beautiful when it snows and the trees are covered.

...to barely more than a deer trail (okay, slight exaggeration). But it is rather difficult for 2 vehicles to fit past each other. And if they're bigger than a small SUV--forget it!

WELCOMING COLLIN

This past Saturday, Rian and I attended a baby shower to welcome little Collin (please correct me if I spelled it wrong!!) who is due to arrive in a month or so.

It was quite warm in the room...Rian ended up shedding her shoes, socks, and overalls...
She was a good girl as usual.

The big sister, Mikayla.
Mikayla and her cousin, Jordan. Jordan is also going to be a big sister later on in the winter.

Jen, expectant mommy.

Little helpers...
Kim & Mikayla.
Cake.

Cutting the cake.

Aw!

Some group/family photos.

We're keeping you in our prayers that all would go well for the duration of the pregnancy & delivery.

WEDDING DAY PART 6: COCKTAIL HOUR 2--THE BRYON ROSE FAMILY

WEDDING DAY PART 6: COCKTAIL HOUR 1

I have a ton of pictures, mostly group shots & family pics from the "cocktail hour." So I will probably have to break it up. So you're warned. Someday, all the wedding pictures will be up. Promise.

Some food. There were food tables set up in a couple of different rooms, plus the waitresses walking around with platters.

My hubby.

THE LATEST THING IN HEAD GEAR

These are swimmies. They have a hole in them (other than where the arm goes!!) so I put them in our toy "box" for the kids to play with.

Michael decided to make a fashion statement.

Lookin' good!! ;)

AND THEN THERE WERE FOUR.

Last week Thursday, I had four kids all day. Estrella came over while her mommy went to work. We played outside a bit after lunch and before naps.

Rian loved the swings...
My big boy didn't feel so well last week, so he stayed home from school. Turns out he has bronchitis...on meds--no worries.

Carina's constant companion. Nola will follow the kids around, especially Carina, when we play outside.

Whoops, a lil blurry.

Our budding soccer star!

Carina at the wheel.

I just love her many expressions.

Someone is sleeeeepy....
