CELEBRATING A GROWING ROSE

A new little Rose is due in a few weeks.

At the end of July, we had a celebration to welcome and prepare for her.

 Travis was the only male present at the party.

 Though, after the first game, this little guy always demands my attention.  One game is all he can take.  We're working on that.

Maybe I'll get some better pictures next time.

COUSINS ARE SO MUCH FUN

The girls had their first sleepover at our house a couple of weeks ago.

 It is nice that they are all around the same ages..

growing up, all of my cousins that were the same age were across the country, so we weren't able to have these kinds of things.

TO THE LAKE

Catching up still..a few weeks ago, a bunch of us went to the state park.  It was a beautiful day..not too hot and not too chilly.  The water was really warm.

Hoping we can head there a few more times before the season is over.

MORE FUN AT THE LIBRARY

So, I'm a bit behind. 

This one goes back about a month.  

We went to the library for a concert by Guitar Bob.

There were lots of other fun things to do too..

 like sidwalk chalk

 and golf..

 and bubbles..who doesn't love bubbles?!!

 They even provided us with ice pops!!

Only Michael ended up getting one though.
